Charming cabin in the woods, Åsen

Get away from it all when you stay for a night or two in our primitive but very cosy and unique cabin in the woods! The cabin is located by itself near Hammervatnet. The place can offer a lot of nature, rich bird life and sheep grazing in the summer months. The space The cabin sleeps three people. There are duvets and pillows in the cabin, but it costs NOK 150 extra per person for renting bed linen. The kitchen contains a gas stove, all dishes, cutlery and cookware to cook. The cabin has a wood stove and access to an outdoor toilet. The cabin has no power or water, but we have a small solar cell system so that mobile phones, among other things, can be charged. There will be wood, a water can and lots of candles in the cabin. The cabin has simple outdoor furniture and a small barbecue that must be used. We also have a private barbecue and swimming area close by that guests can dispose of. Rowing boat and tandem kayak/canoe can be rented for a surcharge per day. Unfortunately, it is not possible between 20 March and 20 June as well as 15 September and 15 November due to rules in the nature reserve. Please let me know if it is desired to rent the stomp (hot tub) during your stay. It is wood-fired and is located close to the cabin (10 m). Here guests can choose between firing it up themselves for NOK 500 or have the sauna preheated to 25-30 degrees by us for NOK 700. You can book it in the guest portal that will be sent at the time of booking. Guest access There will be signage at the farm showing the way to parking and the cabin in the forest.
