Chalet Oberndorf near Kitzbühel

This lovingly renovated chalet is ideal for two to three families with up to 8 children who want to spend their holidays in a spacious and cozy Tyrolean house in one of the most beautiful Alpine regions. The space Guests will be especially impressed by the interior design and the size of the house! There is a total of about 240 square meters of living space (ground floor and first floor), 100 square meters of usable space (basement), 80 square meters of terrace and a property with 780 square meters. On the ground floor there is a very spacious living area, which consists of three interlacing rooms (kitchen, dining room and large living room) with garden access, a newly furnished bedroom and a new bathroom (shower). The highlight is a newly installed Team7 solid wood kitchen in 2022 with all the amenities you can imagine. There are also two fireplaces that warm the living area comfortably, especially in winter. The first floor has a large master bedroom with adjoining separate toilet and large bathroom (shower and bathtub) and two other bedrooms (one with two other beds on a gallery) that share a bathroom (bathtub with shower). In addition, there is a cozy little TV room, which can also be used as a bedroom if necessary. Another highlight of the house is an 80 sqm southwest-facing terrace above the double garage with spectacular views of the Wilden Kaiser. The south-facing very sunny garden with a large wooden terrace around the house gives security and has a delightful view of the Kitzbüheler Horn. In the basement there is a spa area with a sauna, another bedroom and a bathroom. There is also a large double garage where two cars (and enough skis and bicycles) can be accommodated comfortably and two more parking spaces in front of it. Guest access Guests receive a key and can access the entire house except for the study in the basement and the walk-in closet in the master bedroom, which is locked and houses our personal belongings.
