Dream House is a fully furnished semi-detached villa. Close to all essential services (market, tobacconist, bank, post office, bars, restaurants and pizzerias...) It is only 2 km from the most beautiful beaches of southern Sardinia. The beach is white, the water is crystal clear and the seabed is very shallow. The apartment is very comfortable, from the kitchen you can access a furnished veranda. 2 double bedrooms, one of which has a bathroom. Parking is on the street adjacent to the house and is free. The house is on the 1st floor.
