The space The Corte vacation home, a typical medieval house around 800, is located in an absolutely central location in the old town center of Malcesine on a quiet side street, directly above the old harbor and below the Scaliger Castle, the landmark of Malcesine. The house was completely renovated in 2018 and furnished to the highest standards. All amenities such as restaurants, supermarket, bars, cable car to Monte Baldo, beach and promenade are very close and within walking distance. The house Corte has four apartments spread over four floors, all completely open. The apartment Francesco is on the 2nd floor with a private balcony. The apartment has the following layout: A sleeping area with double bed in the rear area and a living area with modern fitted kitchen, dining table and couch in the front area. The kitchen in the living area is equipped with an induction hotplate, fridge, separate freezer and oven. The modern couch can also function as a sofa bed. The bathroom has a large shower, bidet and toilet. A satellite LCD with all common German channels is available. Wi-Fi is available to guests in the CORTE vacation home free of charge. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Pets are very welcome (for a fee). Charge is 5 euro per pet per night. In the summer months, there is the possibility to optionally use the air conditioning. Of course, there are no parking spaces available here and you are not allowed to drive into the pedestrian zone. The paid parking (5 euros per night), if desired, is available to the guests of Casa Corte on a closed private property on the edge of the old town. Other things to note Air conditioning: All apartments in Casa Corte have air conditioning (optional). When used, we charge a fee of 5 euros per night. Pets: Dogs are very welcome and are charged 5 euros per night.
