Self-contained annex in a green, quiet area.

If you're looking for an independent space at a reasonable price, look no further. Our annex will provide you with the home comforts needed for an enjoyable stay. A TV in the lounge area with Netflix, a comfy bed, essentials in the fridge, ice in the freezer, snacks and quick meals in the cupboard. It would suit a solo traveller working in the area or a couple on a short break. We prefer Mon-Fri bookings,but message me if you'd like to check in late on Sunday evening and I'll unblock it. Thanks! The space The annex is an extension to the main house so we share a wall with our guests. There's a door (lockable on both sides) between the annex and the main house to offer our guests privacy, however it's not entirely sound proof. Guest access The annex is exclusively for our guests' use. Other things to note Please note, there is no sink in the kitchen area, only a basin in the bathroom. Washing up liquid, a dryer and a sponge will be provided. Iron and ironing board are stored under the bed and the foldable chair tucked away on the side of the fridge.
