SUMMARY Cozy villa with two bedrooms (both fitted with split AC) and lots of verandahs overlooking beautiful gardens, a hillock full of seasonal flowers, pond, and a bbq station.. come de-stress in this getaway paradise designed by an architect (owner of this Airbnb) - enjoy a cup of tea and listen to some Rabindrasangeet in this beautiful home! The space We have a caretaker (Biswajit and his wife, Sheila) who may provide prepared meals on request. Prices are to be directly negotiated with the caretaker. You can also prepare your own food in the Kitchen having necessary facilities. If you require domestic help for cleaning and washing, it can be arranged with an additional payment of rupees two hundred per day to be paid in cash at site. Advance intimation to the host and caretaker is required. The fixed cleaning charge is ONLY for cleaning the villa before the arrival and after the departure of guests. During Your stay no other group/domestic help are allowed to stay/enter in the villa. The second bedroom shall be available for a group having at least 3 or 4 adult guests with a additional payment as indicated in the booking system. So it's requested to indicate the actual number of guests at the time of booking. Driver's accommodation is available by paying separately rupees two hundred fifty per night in cash at the location. Only small pets are allowed. Please ensure their safety as we have a pond and please make sure you clean up after them. Gathering/partying/picnic are not allowed inside the property. Other things to note This is our home... not a hotel. So, facilities and room services are not available like hotels and resorts. Changing of bed sheets etc to be done after third night on request. Guests are welcome who are looking for a home away from home and treat this property as their own. All the gadgets and accessories (viz. A/C, Fridge,Geyser etc.) and electrical power supply (we don't have power backup) may go out of order. Sometimes immediate repairing is not possible since Shantiniketan is a small town. Please bear with the situation - we cannot offer any discount or refund in such unavoidable circumstances.
