Brand new 3 bedroom villa - built in 2018 - with big pool equipped with jacuzzi, waterfall and counterflow. Villa is facing south-west and is sun lit all day. Living room and groundfloor bedroom have glass doors to patio and swimming pool. First floor bedrooms both have large glass doors to shared terrace with pool view. 2 bedrooms have queen size beds, 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds. Villa is situated in residential area and has restricted premises. The space Villa has restricted area, big private pool, private parking. Guest access Guests will have all villa at their disposal, except for a small locked part of the walk-in closet in master bedroom. Baby cot and high chair can be rented at an extra price. Late check-out is possible only upon availability at an extra charge. Pool can be heated on request at an additional price of 25€/day if staying less than a week and 20€/day for stays of 7 days or longer (October-April). Other things to note Rental license number VV.MU.318. No pets. No parties. This is a self-catering property. We provide all cleaning utencils which you might need.
