Our spacious, comfortable apartment recently renewed is located in the green hart of the Peninsula, on the main road to Positano. The space Cosy apartment with terrace in Colli di San Pietro (7 km from Sorrento and 7 km from Positano). The ideal place to stay specially if you are traveling by car and if you want to explore the true life of the area. The apt is located on the main road to reach Positano and Amalfi, quite area, away from the traffic, in the nature. The bus stop to reach Positano and Sorrento is downstairs the apt. It's the ideal place for those who want to discover the artistic and natural heritage of the "Costiera Sorrentina", and for those who want to visit place like Positano, Amalfi, Ravello, Capri, Ischia, Procida, Napoli, Ercolano, Pompei and Vesuvio It is composed by badroom and kitchen and there is a terrace overlooking the sea.The Terrace is not your exclusive use, it is to share with our guest of our next apartment, but please note it is very big and you can have your privacy. The bathrooms are equipped with liquid soap dispenser and in the kitchens the dispenser for liquid dishwasher. Free WiFi internet access, free parking area. Guest access We would be happy to give you a good overview of the area and share recommendations for restaurants/ cafes and other attractions in the region. Other things to note Tourism tax: From the 1st of April to the 31st October in Piano di Sorrento a Tourism Tax ,it's applied to non-residents overnight staying, for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights. The tourism tax rate is 4,00 € per person per night, and it is not applied to children up to 18 years old. - The Terrace is not your exclusive use, it is to share with our guest of our next apartment, but please note it is very big and you can have your privacy. - We will also need copies (pictures) of all guests passport or government issued ID in order to register you with the city. By the Covid-19 emergency, we will appreciate if you can send a picture in advance on Airbnb App. - Busses: IF YOU WILL TRAVEL BY SITA BUS, YOU WILL HAVE TO BUY TICKETS IN ADVANCE, IT WILL BE NOT POSSIBLE TO BUY TICKETS ON BOARD. WE ALWAYS HAVE FEW TICKETS IN THE SHOP FOR OUR GUESTS, PLEASE ASK US FOR ASSISTANCE.
