Cosy one bedroom cottage, Pembroke, Pembrokeshire

Cosy one bedroom cottage on the outskirts of historic Pembroke town. One bedroom, spacious living room with lounge and dining area, kitchen, bathroom and large garden. The cottage is in a great location for exploring; a 10 minute walk through the town to Pembroke castle or a 5 mile drive to the Stackpole Estate; home of beautiful Barafundle bay, Bosherston lily ponds Broadhaven South and a great section of the coastal path. The cottage is also a short drive from Freshwater West and East. The space An end terrace, 200 year old cottage, with on-road parking. Large south facing, sunny garden with outdoor seating area and a coal BBQ. The perfect place for relaxing in the summer sun. The cottage sleeps up to 2 in a double bed. The bedroom is upstairs. There is also enough space in the bedroom for a travel cot. You would need to bring your own travel cot. Please let me know prior to arriving if you are bringing a travel cot, and I will remove the small seat from the bedroom to make space. Access to the bathroom is also upstairs. The bathroom has a shower over bath. The kitchen is modest with a gas cooker and microwave, small fridge freezer and seating area. All utensils, cuttelery, pots and pans are provided, as well as a cupboard for storing food. The lounge has comfortable seating area with access to Netflix, Free digital TV and numerous smart TV apps. WIFI access is free, code will be given on arrival. The living area also has a large dining table and desk. Dogs are very welcome in the cottage, but not on the furniture and they should be toilet trained. Please bring your dog's most favourite bed, so that they are not tempted to join you on the couch and bed! House Rules - No smoking - No parties or events - Check-in is anytime after 3PM - Check out by 11AM More information - Pets welcome, but must be well behaved, house trained and are not allowed on the furniture. - This is a quite residential area, please respect the neighbours with regard to noise and politeness. Guest access TV, Wifi, iron, ironing board. Other things to note The cottage has two bedrooms, but one bedroom will not be available for use during your stay. This room will be marked private and and will remain closed. You will have free access to all other areas of the house. Outside the outhouse and shed will be locked during your stay. I will be located near to the property during your stay, so should you need any advice or assistance in the house I can be there quickly. There is tourist information available in the cottage, but if you need more advice or information, you can visit the tourist office on the commons. Laundry facilities are not available in the property, but there is a launderette available next Bush Hill Service Station, in Pembroke. It is open from 6am until 10pm 7 days a week.
