Beautiful, modern apartment by the sea. The space Newly furnished, spacious studio apartment, near a beach with seaview. Perfect for a family with kids. It has one master bed and one extendable couch for 2 more people. We also have a cradle, baby chair, toys and baby tub avaliable if needed. Equiped with everything needed to enjoy your stay. In front of the apartment there is a large terrace with barbecue, tables and chairs, perfect for warm summer nights. The terrace is shared with guests from another apartment. Guest access Apartment is located in family house with large private parking lot. Near the apartment there is a grocery store which is a few minutes away by foot. Also, there is a bus station in front of the apartment in case you want to visit towns near by. Guests can use outdoor patio with lounge chairs, barbecue and outdoor dining area. There is also an outdoor shower. Other things to note Apartment is located in Mali rat near a local beach. It is perfect for relaxation from everyday worries, whether you want to enjoy a day on the beach or walk through an old village located on the mountain above the apartment. The view from the mountain is stunning. Also, it is located 20 kilometers from the town Split which is famous for it's Diocletian's palace from the roman empire and exquisite Mediterranean cuisine. The town Solin is near Split and it is most know for Salona ruins which date back to 300 AD. The nearest town of Omis is located 5 kilometers to the east and it's famous for its fortress called Fortica and it's old town core.
