The villa features three air-conditioned bedrooms, an open-air living and dining area with a kitchen, and a private swimming pool with sun loungers. Natural materials, handcrafted details, arches and warm textures create a calm, elegant atmosphere with character. Designed for guests who value privacy, space and unique design, Villa 3 offers a relaxed indoor-outdoor lifestyle in one of Seminyak’s best locations. Guest access The price of the Morocco Style Oberoi Villa in Seminyak, Bali includes unlimited 24-hour Wi-Fi, a safety box, bed linen and towels, shampoo and soap upon check-in, a hair dryer, and cleaning and towel change services 3 times a week (excluding Sundays) and bed linen change once a week. The pool and garden are maintained twice a week. A villa manager is also included, acting as a concierge during your stay, and is available to fulfill your requests. Other services, such as laundry service, airport pickup or drop off, mosquito repellent, breakfast à la carte, on-site beauty and massage services, a baby cot with mosquito net, pool fencing, extra beds, babysitting, laundry and ironing services, and stocking food from the supermarket and cooking lunch or dinner, are available upon request for an extra cost and may require advance notice. Other things to note Notes for Guests: - Each villa has its own water well, and the water provided meets all standards for bathing and washing. - Upon arrival, drinking water and water for brushing teeth will be provided. - Please note that we do not provide laundry services for guests. However, we can assist you in finding nearby laundry facilities close to the villas. - Late check-out or early check-in can be accommodated at the villa if there are no other bookings on the same day. If there is another customer coming to the villa, we will offer you the next available villa. In the event that no villa is available, your luggage can be kept in our office until you require it. - An extra bed can be provided at a cost of 450,000 IDR per night. - Indonesian breakfast options are available starting from 100,000 IDR per person per day. - For transportation to and from the airport, we offer pick-up and drop-off services at a cost of 250,000 IDR for a car with 5 seats. - If you would like to enjoy a BBQ dinner at the villa, it is available at a cost of 400,000 IDR per person.
