"La Maisonnette" small duplex cottage with a private courtyard for 4 people max (2 adults and 2 children). The ground floor bedroom offers a double bed. Two small mezzanines overlook the living room and each offer 1 bed of 90 cm. These 2 under-slope spaces will be appreciated by children (provided they manage the steps). An equipped kitchen is open to the living room. Bathroom and toilet complete the space. Swimming pool open from May to September. Space too small to add a crib. The space This small house is part of a collection of 5 cottages in the hamlet of Les Deux Ailes. The cottage has a private courtyard with garden furniture. A barbecue is available for your use. This is the perfect place for a family! The sauna and heated pool are shared with the other gites (from May to September) of the Hameau des Deux Ailes, which has been fully renovated by Magaly and Nicolas. Come and relax in the middle of 3 hectares of nature in the Sarthe countryside in Precigné. Other things to note Many animals surround the Hamlet: horses, donkey, goats, cats, dogs, chickens... If they wish, children can participate in the life of the menagerie by collecting eggs or feeding the larger animals. The pool is only open from May to September.
