The unit is cozy and fully furnished with eveything you need for a comfortable stay, yet budget friendly accommodation. Conveniently located next to Boni MRT, the building is just atop SM Light Mall where all your needs can be found. The space The condo unit has enough space for a maximum of 2 persons and their things. The building has 24 hour security and state-of-the-art CCTV system. It is also equipped with automatic fire detection and alarm system. Guest access You can access the entire condo unit and its free amenities like swimming pools (2 adult pools and 2 kiddie pools), fitness center, jogging path, landscaped garden, gazebos, children's playground, function rooms and a wide lobby with public wifi in 8th floor. Before taking a swim in the pool, take a shower. Don't forget to list down your names in the record book at the lobby near the guard to use the swimming pools. The building has 4 hi-speed elevators whenever you are in a hurry. Other things to note Checkin Reminders 1.Please allow 3 days notice to rent before check-in date. 2.Viewing inside the condo unit is not allowed. You may request the owner for the pictures. 3.Scanned copies of 2 valid IDs from each tenant are required to be submitted to the owner for proper identification prior to check-in. 4.The owner may allow early check-in or late check-out depending on the schedule. Just notify him for approval. 5.Please wait for the owner/caretaker patiently at the lobby of SM Light Residence on the day of your check-in. Just sit down there and relax. 6.Maximum of two tenants only is allowed in the condo unit. There will be a charge of 200PHP per day for every additional guest.. 7.The owner will give you the key and maximum of 2 RFID access cards during check-in. There will be no spare to be given. 8.Free parking is not available. Additional Rules 1.No vandalism. The owner will charge any vandal found inside the unit. 2.Do not lose the room key and access card. These are unique and irreplaceable. The owner will charge PHP3000 for the room key and PHP1000 for each access card lost for any reasons. 3.Maid is not available to clean inside the unit. Therefore, you should clean it by yourself regularly. 4.Please lock the door if you are going out. 5.Registered tenants are free to use the swimming pools but visitors are required to pay. 6.Visitors are not allowed to sleep anytime in the condo unit. 7.Refrain from producing any loud sound or noises. Please observe silence as due respect to your neighbors. 8.Smoking and illegal drugs are strictly prohibited anytime and anywhere. 9.Please notify as early as possible if you want to extend your stay through text or email. Once approved, kindly pay the corresponding amount immediately. Checkout Reminders 1.Please do not leave any trash in the condo unit. Kindly dispose them properly in the garbage room located at the end of the hallway. 2.Please make sure to clean the condo unit as a sign of respect and courtesy to the next tenant. 3.Please do not take things belonging to the condo unit. 4.Kindly arrange the things in the condo unit properly in the same order when you had your check-in. 5.Please wait for the owner to come and knock at the door of the condo unit for inspection and proper turnover of access cards and door key. Do not leave the unit without the presence of the owner. 6.After surrendering the access cards to the owner, you can just tell the guard at the lobby that you have checkout already to let you pass through the RFID machine.
