Quiet cottage with Provençal charm in Tourrettes-sur-Loup. Between SEA and MOUNTAIN, enjoy unspoiled nature on the balcony of the CÔTE D'AZUR. At the gateway to the ALPS, ideal for hikers and cyclists to discover countless trails and take up the challenges of the passes to climb (Col de Vence, Gréolière...) Many sports are offered in summer (horseback riding, tennis, whitewater sports, climbing), as in winter (Ski 45 minutes away) Paintball and tree climbing leisure parks... The space The "La Lumière" gîte is a comfortable 54 m2 house that has a living room with 2 beds, a TV, a bedroom with 1 double bed and a bedroom upstairs with 2 beds, an equipped kitchenette (ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge, traditional oven and microwave, electric kettle and coffee maker and toaster. A shower room plus separate toilet. Covered terrace with barbecue and deckchairs. Not overlooked for perfect privacy. The cottage's amenities include duvets and pillows as well as a tablecloth, 2 tea towels and a bath mat. It does not include sheets and towels which are offered for rent (€15 per person for the stay). You will find suitable kitchen utensils and dishes. A cleaning fee is offered at €45. In the common area, you have a ping-pong table and a bowling green and a turnball. Parking is next to the cottages. Surrounded by greenery, olive trees, rosemary, thyme and other Provençal species, the cottage is located 2 km from the village which can be reached by a hiking trail in 20 minutes. Guest access The cottage is a small independent house on 2 levels (54 m2 + terrace) and not overlooked. You have to take a 14-step staircase to access the cottage. Shared patio with games and shared laundry. 2 Parking lots on site. Commercial vehicles must go up to the first entrance on the left and park in this first parking lot. Higher up, the parking lot of the Notre Dame vacation rental is reserved for Tourist cars. To get to the Gîtes by highway, take the Cagnes sur Mer exit then Vence and Tourrettes sur Loup. At number 264 route de Pie Lombard, go up to the first parking lot on the left or the second parking lot, Gîtes Notre Dame. You can also arrive by the Napoleon road, a winding road and a little narrow but so pretty! Destination reached! Other things to note To access the cottage, arrive via Cagnes-sur-Mer (exit 47 of the highway). Head towards Vence then Tourrettes-sur-Loup. Pass the village of Tourrettes sur Loup by 500 m then take the 1st road that goes down to the left (Route de l'Ancienne Gare). After 1.2 km of descent, turn right onto the Pie Lombard road and go 260 m; go up on your right: you have arrived! Access via Grasse is legitimate for those who take the "Napoleon" road. Beautiful road but longer and narrower than the previous one.
