Country house on Chiclana Beach

It is a 40 m² rural house on a 500 m² plot with 17 stone pine trees that give the feeling of being in a private forest. It is decorated with great care and attention. It's a quiet place, but very close to supermarkets, restaurants, and leisure areas of Chiclana. The house is 3.5 km from La Barrosa beach, Santi Petri and El Novo. A barbecue and play area for children. The space We have 400 m² of grass. There is space between the pine trees to lie down and relax in the shade, and an area to sit comfortably on the outdoor couch and a round table for eating. It has BBQ with outdoor sink. Guest access We have a 2m × 2m jacuzzi in the middle of the garden. It only serves as a cold water pool. And it is available during the summer , jily and August season. Other things to note The area where the house is located is very close to supermarkets, less than 1 km away (Mercadona, Lidl, Dia and Coviran), restaurants (Venta el Florin, McDonald's, Venta Lopez), the La Rana Verde campground and the town of Chiclana. The distance to La Barrosa beach is 3 km, so you can reach it in approximately 7 minutes by car. The famous Atenas restaurant and Novo Santipetri beach can be reached in 10 minutes, and access is very easy.
