A well-equipped kitchen and a windowed bathroom with shower are the other rooms of the flat situated on theSECOND FLOOR of a typical Venetian house (NO LIFT). The surroundings are very relaxing as the area is outside the heavy touristic traffic. It is near the Jewish Ghetto, along a Fondamenta dotted with small restaurants, breweries and the typical “bacari”. Just a few minutes on foot you are in the heavy traffic of Strada Nova, a busy commercial street leading towards Rialto and San Marco, with restaurants, shops and the Casinò. Now you are in the beating heart of Venice. - THE COST OF FINAL CLEANING (€35) AND THE CITY TAX (€4/person/night for max 5 nights, 50% children 10-16 YO) ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF AIRBNB AND HAVE TO BE PAID BY CASH ON THE SPOT.
