A private safe and quiet three bedroom flat with limited solar power at Gordon’s Bay, a picturesque coastal village at the foot of the Hottentots Holland mountains along the False Bay coast, less than 100 meters from the beach with an unobstructed 180 degrees north facing view over the bay from Cape Point, the Cape Peninsula with all its well known beaches, the world renown Table Mountain and all the way to the mountains and vinyards of Somerset West and Stellenbosch. The space Apart from the three bedrooms, one of which is also a relaxing study, the flat has a large dining room/lounge with a balcony overlooking the bay, all with sea and mountain views, two bathrooms (one with bath and other with shower), a modern open plan and fully equipped kitchen as well as maximum safety features. The world famous view of Table Mountain from every room and space as well as the most beautiful sunsets will leave everlasting memories (see pictures) ! Guest access The entire apartment is for the enjoyment of our guests. Other things to note During load shedding solar power is available for all interior ceiling and exterior lights, the fridge and the TV. A luxury 2-plate gas stove serves in stead of the electric one. The entire inside and outside security system of the building will also be operative during load shedding, including an outside light at the car parking during the night.
