Extremely central location. 5 min walk to the top of Cuba Street and a 3min walk to Massey University. Tasteful, small apartment located under main house. Separate entrance and garden. Lovely sunny aspect with views over the city. You may experience some noise from our family who lives above. Kids go to bed early but BRING EARPLUGS if you like to sleep in. Also due to central location there is only paid on-street parking. However street parking is free on weekends. Other things to note If you decide you’d like a change from the excitement and energy of Cuba street and the city, then walk up the steps at the end of our driveway which winds upwards through a forest and leads you to the green belt. Keep your eyes open for two kakas from New Zealandia (a 45-minute walk) who have made "our forest" their "hang-out place"!
