Apartment located in a rural courtyard, recently renovated, located on the 1st floor, accessed from the common terrace. It has: a kitchen with a dining table, a double bedroom, a bedroom with a bed (possible extra bed) and a bathroom with a shower. Air conditioning in the bedrooms. The entire house is surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and meadows of our farm. Swimming pool and equestrian club (pony school). In the kitchen, there is organic oil of our production available for customers. The space This recently renovated apartment is ideal for couples or friends, having two separate rooms that have air conditioning. The decor is simple and modern, unlike the other two apartments that have an older style with family furniture. The Farnia apartment shares the covered terrace with the Quercia and Roverella apartments, an ideal space for dining in summer while enjoying the view of the internal courtyard and the golf courses. Inside the courtyard, there is a barbecue and a large table with benches available to customers. Just outside the courtyard is our large swimming pool surrounded by olive trees, oleanders and overlooking our equestrian center. The entire house is surrounded by the land of our farm: vineyards, olive groves and pasture meadows. In the kitchen of each apartment we provide our organic oil. In the equestrian club we hold riding lessons, by reservation, for children with our ponies. We are 35 km from Verona, 4 km from Lake Garda and Monte Baldo. Perfect place to relax by the pool or to take walks along the many scenic streets. The agriturismo is open all year round, because the surrounding area also lends itself to winter holidays, due to its proximity to ski resorts and the numerous autumn and Christmas events that take place on the lake. In spring, there are many possible hiking activities. Pets: if you have pets, we ask you to bring a blanket or kennel for them and not to let them get on beds and sofas.
