The Tfc is air-conditioned in the summer and heated during the winter to ensure guests are comfortable no matter the outside climate. There is a sectional sofa to kick back on in the living area, a 60" smart Tv and a coffee table that opens to a full-size kitchen table that provides seating for guests to socialize after a day of exploring Soha. Towels and linens are provided. The Aqua Vista has a large roof deck accessible via a spiral staircase that makes for the perfect place to relax and take in the sights. The roof deck is partially covered and furnished with sectional couches, a table and chaise lounges. Guests will be able to enjoy the stunning views afforded in all directions and overlooking the marina basin. There is a small deck off the master bedroom facing the marina basin and there is also a covered patio with furniture and a gas grill located on shore adjacent to the slip. This unique Tfc rental resides on the Black River, perfect for a wonderful weekend getaway or a vacation of exploring the stunning Lake Michigan coast. This Tfc is located at Woodland Harbor Marina, part of the Harbor Club Resort and Marina, offering a full resort experience. The marina has a full club house and an outdoor seasonal heated pool for guests’ enjoyment. Boats, golf carts, kayaks and bicycles are available for rental.
