A private garden paradise that's a short walk to Ponta Delgada’s city center and many amazing restaurants! You’ll find comfortable beds with cotton sheets, a washer and dryer, heating/cooling units, and a well-stocked kitchens. Also, unlike much of the city center, our street is still home to many locals providing a more authentic experience. Finally, our house is solar powered and we have a compost! The space A high ceiling two bedroom (each with a queen size bed) and two bathroom apartment with a giant backyard. There is also a queen size pullout couch in the living room, so it sleeps 6. The kitchen is well-stocked with equipment and utensils. There is a full size washer and dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, and air conditioners/heaters in each bedroom and the living room. The garden has outdoor seating/lighting and an authentic barbecue. Depending on the season, you can enjoy our herbs and vegetables and pick tasty fruit, including: fig, avocado, apple, grape, and two types of guava. You can also enjoy the large terrace off one of the bedrooms. Other things to note Although Airbnbs in Portugal are not allowed to receive the certification, we are taking all precautions recommended by Airbnb to sanitize the unit.
