Guest access We contact all our guests one day before their arrival to guide them and optimize their check-in process. Other things to note IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES Hello from Duomo Smart Suites, and many thanks for your booking! :) Please read carefully the HOUSE RULES 1. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT Check-in time: between 2pm and 9pm Latest check-out time: 11am Late check-in is allowed only until 11pm and subject to the payment of a €20 fee. Because of very strict building regulations, we cannot let guests self check-in. Accordingly, although a very limited tolerance for unexpected disruptions such as transportation delays is envisaged, no check-in will be processed after midnight. 2. LIFT YOUR TROLLEYS: Please make sure NOT to drag your trolleys in the courtyards: please lift them. 3. PRIVATE COURTYARDS: it is not allowed to ling in the courtyards (they are reserved to residents), especially to smoke, eat, drink or make phone calls. 4. NO SMOKING: It is STRICTLY forbidden to smoke in the room and/or in the courtyards. 5. LOCK ALL DOORS: Please make sure to lock ALL doors behind you. 6. KEEP QUIET: Please keep an appropriately low volume of any electronic device (TV, loudspeakers, etc) and of your voice while in the room and in the courtyards. 7. ENERGY SAVING: You are kindly asked to refrain from leaving the lights and the A/C on while away from your suite. 8. SECOND QUEEN/KING-SIZE BED: Please note that in our triple or quadruple rooms, the additional bed will be made ready ONLY in case of reservation for 3 or 4 guests; in the case of 2 guests, a separate set bed will only be made available upon prior request and will carry an additional cost.
