A well equipped and great value studio in the central part of Sofia. Ideal for independent travelers seeking a central location at a reasonable price. THE PLACE: Our studio is on the ground floor. Direct entrance from the street, no bothers with dark corridors, neighbours, whatever. It features a sleeping area with double Queen Size bed, bathroom with the benefits of shampoo, conditioner, shaving foam, body lotion, toothpaste and more. Dining area with a kitchenette, including kettle, microwave, toaster, fridge and all the necessary pottery. Also tee, instant coffee, salt, sugar, olive oil at your disposal. Washing machine and a dryer. Fast 50kB Wi-Fi and cable TV, easy “code” check in. Supermarkets (LIDL, KAUFLAND), “Pirogov” tram stop, park (20 stairs down), sports centre, Mall of Sofia in 10 minutes walk; National Palace of Culture and “Vitoshka” street in 15-20 minutes walk. The studio has all a traveler needs to “live like a local” and see the sights of the city, without having to take public transport or to hire a car. Paid parking in the neighbourhood (2 minutes walk). INTERACTION WITH GUESTS: We aim to make our guests stay as easy and pleasant as possible. We leave the key in a security box for guests to check in at a time that is most convenient to them. We also provide detailed instructions about how to check in and tips about Sofia. If you need a cab to the airport or central bus station we can order one. Just tell us the right time. NEIGHBOURHOOD: Due to the location at the fringe of city centre, this neighbourhood is always popular with travelers, mainly for its proximity to major public transport. Whilst well within walking distance of most attractions, the area is generally more suited to younger travelers, or people who are comfortable in diverse, city crowds, populated by people of all classes and creeds. GETTING AROUND: Close to every attraction. Walk :-) Or take the tram across the street - 4 stops, 10 minutes to the heart of the city. Paid parking at hand. NOTE! The studio is sparkling clean. All linen is professionally cleaned. Cleanliness and hygiene are closely observed. Should you find any issues, please notify us as soon as convinient and we will have this fixed. Not convenient for wheel chair! Your own front door, so come and go as you please. Bogdan Studio is equipped with air conditioner, refrigerator, washing machine, electric kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee machine toaster, grill, microwave oven, iron, iron board, towels and sheets, hairdryer. PLEASE, read carefully: there is NO oven, or electric plate! You can’t cook in the studio. Bathroom amenities: shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, liquid soap, toilet paper, towels. Coffee, tea, sugar, at your disposal. Washing machine. Iron and iron board. Quick optic Wi-Fi up to 50Mb!!! Cable TV NO SMOKING, PLEASE!
