The Palms Guestroom - Lennox Head

The Guestroom is a modern, spacious, light and airy room, with comfortable queen bed and plenty of storage! Free Wifi & use of bathroom, shower, kitchen, outdoor deck & garden. The home is located just a short 3 minute drive away from Lennox Head Village, as well as an array of incredible white-sand beaches and the beautiful Lake Ainsworth. The popular town of Byron Bay is only a 20 minute coastal drive away and Ballina-Byron airport, 15 minutes. The space Beyond the 1990's exterior lies a light and airy, newly renovated contemporary home. Downstairs is open plan with a bright, spacious kitchen, dining room, and comfortable living area with Smart TV including guest Netflix account. The dining room opens out onto a substantial rear deck which hosts a daybed, BBQ area with Webber and food prep bench, along with a large dining table. The garden is large, flat, private and fully fenced. Guests will have access to the garden, deck, kitchen, living room and laundry, to use at their leisure. The Guestroom itself is located upstairs, at the front of the property, with glimpses of tropical hinterland views. The room is configured with a comfortable queen sized bed, bedside tables and dressing table, as well as large built in robes. Bathrooms are yet to be renovated, however are both clean and serviceable. The main bathroom has a large powerful shower, separate bathtub and is configured as a three-way space, with separate toilet and vanity. The downstairs powder room is compact but handy, serving as a second WC. These will be shared with us, who will most likely be on the property during your stay. Guest access Kitchen Bathroom Garden Outdoor Deck During your stay We will usually be at the property, and interactions will be as much or as little as the guest desires! If we are not at the property at times during your stay, we will be readily available to contact, should you need anything. Other things to note We have a friendly British Shorthair Cat named Hugo who lives on the property, however never enters the Guest room, which is kept closed. Hugo keeps to himself and sleeps in the Laundry at night, which is locked, to ensure guests are never disturbed. CHECK IN: Due to us both working full-time, we can usually only accomodate check in between 5-10pm Monday-Friday.
