Room in Spacious & Sunny Apartment
Description
Our 2nd-floor apartment, located walking distance from Beirut's bustling Mar Mikhael and Gemmayze districts, recalls memories of Beirut's heyday – the high ceilings, tiled floors and tall arched windows all give you the feeling of being in a bygone era. Stay with us to soak in and experience what is becoming an increasingly rare part of Lebanon's architectural heritage. Our two lovely and friendly cats Minnie & Lola are sure to make your experience all the more enjoyable :) The space Our spacious traditional-style apartment lets in lots of natural light and, with the windows opened, lots of fresh air as well. The main living room and dining room are designed to offer maximum relaxation, minimally furnished with large, comfortable sofas and a wide dining/work table! The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary cooking utensils and appliances and is always kept spick and span to ensure guests can enjoy using it should they wish to cook and eat at home. The apartment is cleaned regularly, so guests can expect to find themselves in a very clean and tidy environment. The large windows and living room balcony offer views of the adjacent street located in a cute residential area that is quiet in the evenings despite being walking distance to the busy neighborhoods of Gemayzeh and Mar Mikhael. The Airbnb room is a spacious 4x5m room, with two large windows and a private balcony overlooking the street below. The room is furnished with a double bed, desk, closet, clothes rack, book case and two-seater sofa. Guest access Guests will have private access to their bedroom and balcony and shared access to all shared spaces (bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room and living room balcony). During your stay We are always more than happy to help guests settle down and find their way around the city and country, as well as take them out in our free time. We of course also fully respect guests' privacy if and when they prefer to spend time by themselves. Other things to note We would like to remind guests that our apartment is in a rather old building, which, while charming, also comes with all the regular aspects of ageing! Basically, guests should not expect to find themselves in a brand new and renovated space!
