The space Independent 60 m2 quiet and comfortable T3 village house. The cleaning package includes the provision of linens and towels. It is your responsibility to leave the accommodation in the state of cleanliness and integrity in which you found it at the time of departure. Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen and living room with sofa bed. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms equipped with one 140 cm bed and the other with a 160 cm bed. Bathroom with bathtub, sink and toilet. Possibility to safely store bikes. Free parking spaces nearby. Guest access For your convenience, we have provided a secure key box so you can arrive with peace of mind. No stress about your arrival time! Other things to note Pets allowed, Upon checkout: The cleaning fee includes: Management of sheets and linens, general maintenance of the accommodation and setting up the reception. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR cleaning during your stay: - The refrigerator, stove and oven must be clean. - Perishable foodstuffs removed - The trash can must be emptied and clean. - Dishes should be done, dried and put away. - The bathroom and the entire accommodation must be clean. - Sheets are to be put in the laundry basket next to the fridge.
