House of approximately 130 m² located in Les Sables-d’Or-les-Pins, offering a comfortable and pleasant setting. On the ground floor: bright living room, equipped kitchen open through a glass wall, bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet, and laundry room with access to the garage. Upstairs: 4 bedrooms (3 140-cm beds, 1 160-cm bed with TV), bathroom with shower and toilet. Enclosed garden with terrace and covered hot tub for enjoyment in any season. The space For golf enthusiasts and outdoor lovers, the house is ideally located to get the most out of the area. Parking is available on the street or in the courtyard. No pets allowed. Water and electricity are included in the price. Linens (sheets, towels, towels...) are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking just like at home: coffee maker, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, steam cooker, food processor, raclette, wok and fondue set, crêpe maker, stand mixer, etc. Ground floor You will find a bathroom with a bathtub and a heated towel rail, as well as a separate toilet. A laundry room is also available, equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron, clothes steamer, and vacuum cleaner. The accommodation is equipped with TV (Orange set-top box) and Wi-Fi. Guest access There is no key box: we handle the check-in directly. Upon your arrival, we will conduct an inventory together, then I will give you the keys and take the time to show you the house and explain how the spa works so that you can enjoy it without any worries. Upon check-out, we also carry out an inventory check together before the keys are returned, to ensure a smooth end to your stay. If the accommodation was occupied immediately before your stay, check-in cannot be before 5:00 p.m., in order to allow the necessary time for cleaning and preparation between two rentals. Check-out on weekends is possible between 3 p.m. and 4 p.m. Spa / Jacuzzi The spa is provided for your comfort and is checked before each arrival to ensure it is in proper working order. However, in exceptional cases (particularly on weekends), a malfunction may occur. As a result, response times may be longer (due to the unavailability of service providers or necessary parts). We always do our utmost to respond quickly. After each stay, the hot tub is completely drained, cleaned, and refilled with water. Therefore, it may not be at the ideal temperature when you arrive. The heating time depends on the outside conditions (approximately +4°C per hour). The water is treated with bromine and chlorine: please remove jewelry and accessories and take care with swimsuits. ⚠️ Children under the age of 3 are not allowed in the hot tub due to the risk of dehydration. Children remain under the responsibility of adults. Please make sure to: Do not put sand in the hot tub Rinse before use to remove any impurities. Please cover the spa properly after each use. A faucet and a vacuum cleaner are available for maintenance if needed. Living rules To preserve the peace and quiet of the neighborhood and the quality of the property, parties and events are not permitted. We have already seen unauthorized gatherings in the past. Therefore, we remain particularly vigilant. In the event of non-compliance or misconduct, we reserve the right to intervene and, if necessary, to call in the relevant authorities, with a bailiff’s report. Respect for the neighborhood and quiet hours are essential to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone. The house should be returned in a good condition, similar to that on your arrival. The cleaning fee covers the general upkeep of the property, including the washing of linens (sheets and towels), the maintenance of the hot tub, and the preparation of the property between each stay. That’s why it’s important to leave the house in a neat condition.
