La Casa used to be a family vacation house. Walls in the kitchen, dining, and living areas were demolished to give it a more spacious and airy feeling. It is surrounded by mango trees, tall bamboo plants, and other variety of ferns and foliage. The view infront is the crystal clear swimming pool as well as the lake which is dotted with big lotus plants with pink flowers when in season. At the rear side the view is another lake covered with duckweed that looks calming and so serene. The space The main bedroom includes a loft inside accessible by a winding wooden staircase. It has 3 queen beds with a floor-mounted air conditioner. However inspite of this it tends to get really hot from 10:00am til 5:00pm because of its low ceiling. A curtain is installed to minimize the hot temperature and to contain the coolness of the airconditioning unit. The loft is only used when the reservation exceeds in two ways: One if the booking exceeds 11 adults and secondly if it exceeds 11 adults and 2 kids. Guest access The swimming pool has four sections and was designed for the whole family to enjoy. For toddlers only 5" in depth For preschoolers 2 feet, For teens and adults a lap pool with 4 feet in depth And a sunken seating area for a cozy and relaxing time at the farm Other things to note There are two villas in the farm but we only accept one booking at a time. So the whole farm and pool are exclusive and private during your stay. Whether you are a solo traveler or a group of 24 guests, we will not accept any other guests other than your booking. Charcoal for grilling and purified drinking water in a dispenser is provided. Basic condiments are provided too— Vinegar, soy sauce, fish sauce, cooking oil, salt, and pepper. Important info regarding the rate: Please kindly note that the basic rate shown in the listing is for the first 10 guests only. Please don't be mistaken that the basic rate is for 16 guests. It is just to show that this listing or this villa can accomodate 16+ guests. It's the Airbnb's way of describing the listing. Additional guest is ₽1000/person. This villa can accomodate up to 20 pax. More than 16 we will settle via 'Payment Request' from the host. We also accept day visitors but limited number only if you like to invite. They can stay until 10pm. The fee is ₽500/person. Outdoor lights will be minimized or switched off at 10pm including the pool’s filter.
