Rental unit in Munich

This simple but nice appartement is centrally located in a quiet residential street only 150 metres from the beautiful Isar beach. The space Remark: During Oktoberfest and Springfest (Frühlingsfest) we are renting out to families with children exclusively. I offer a clean and well-equipped apartment. It covers about 36 square meters and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. Hauptbahnhof and Marienplatz are just two subway stations away. The latter is about a mile away, and can be comfortably reached on foot. The living / sleeping area features a comfortable double bed (180x200cm) and a sofa bed (140x200). In addition, there is a cabinet with plenty of storage space, a desk, as well as a dining table. For entertainment there is also a TV. The bathroom and kitchen areas flow into each other and are only half-height separated. The kitchen contains everything necessary for cooking. Available are e.g. crockery, fridge, coffee maker and a kettle. The bathroom area offers sink and a shower; the toilet is in a separate room.
