Just over an hour's drive from Sydney, twenty minutes from historic Windsor, 7km to Wilberforce Shops and next to water ski-ing central: Sackville. We are on the Farm Gate Trail and very close to The Cooks Shed and cafe, Tractor 828. 20 minutes from Dargle and the Colo River. Basic on the outside, this comfy little flat has parking outside the front door and horses roaming in close. Tar access to driveway and undercover parking. Motor bikes welcome. Dogs welcome at an extra charge. The space Please note: no dog proof area, but plenty of space! From the outside, the flat is not much to look at, but inside it is clean, comfortable and well appointed. Gas heater and air conditioner, gas cooker and hot water, comfortable bed with quality sheets and towels. Kitchen basics usually supplied. Undercover parking at the door and level access. The herd of horses wander the property in a loop paddock and are often visible as they come up for water and evening feed. Rustic outdoor table as well as small dining table inside give you your choice of dining options. Wilberforce Heritage Hotel supplies courtesy bus some nights for stress free eating and drinking. Rowboat available for closer encounters with billabong birdlife. Fishing is ok in the billabong. Other farm activities possibly available with prior arrangement. Guest access There's a barbecue available, a rustic table if you want to eat outside, carport and you're welcome to use the laundry under my back porch. Other things to note There is very little mobile coverage unless you are with Telstra. My wifi is available so you could use a wifi phone app if you need to make and receive calls. Guests can bring their pets for $10 per pet per night. Please note the property is not dog fenced and you will need to be responsible for the dog's safety when he/she is outside.
