Malls (eateries & shops) and places within 10minute walk from Tower J lobby are Gem-in-mall, Tamarind Square, Hospital Cyberjaya, and Autoville. The space This condo is about 5 year old. There are security guards at the main entrance and lobbies to assist. Lifts are well serviced and under CCTV surveillance. Neighboring units are occupied by owners with their families, and individuals who are studying or working in Cyberjaya. Guest access You will receive an access card to our apartment and the facilities, such as mini-mart, swimming pool, gym, squash courts. Dedicated covered parking is also available. During your stay We may meet when check-in and check-out, for room handover, otherwise I am reachable online or by call. Other things to note There are other housemates, everyone are required to manage her own rubbish and keep clean of common area. Everyone must not leave her visitors alone in the apartment. Smoking strictly prohibited in the apartment including by-the-windows, bathroom, balcony, wash area. Do not wear outdoor shoes in the apartment (BTW indoor sandals are provided).
