Cosy flat with amazing panorama

Modern flat located in Tragjas village. Relaxing and magnificent sea and nature panorama. Perfect for those who want look for relax and visiting new authentic places. The space A recent 4 floors villa with all new and modern needed equipment. The 2nd floor flat is around 130 m2 so 6 persons can be hosted comfortably in 3 of the bedrooms. There are 2 bathrooms : - 1 big accessible from all - 1 smaller accessible from the guest room. Guest access The villa has each own garden with some seasonal vegetables. The Ionian Sea is only 15 min from our house. Possibility to taste or buy much cheaper bio products thanks to several local farmers. There's an original restaurant/pizza/bar in the centre of the village (5 min by feet). It's a real beautiful placebo visit as it has been built around the Izvuar river. By the way the water source it's not far away... Many local restaurants for all tastes and budgets are accessible in less than 15 min. Other things to note The villa is located in this small, authentic village surrounded by a virgin nature, 3 hours from the ancient Tragjas (walk). Possible to visit by car too (be careful the road is virgin too!). This walk to Tragjas is essential if you want to explore the ancient past and see a rare example of traditional Albanian village and find spectacular views. The beautiful ancient village of Tragjas was bomber in 1943 during 2nd world war and has been abandoned ever since. It lies on a crescent shaped hill with fantastic views of ancient Orikum.
