Bedroom 1 Double bed with antique fireplace. Bedroom 2 One large double bed and two single beds. Bedroom 3 (connecting room) One double bed. Bathroom (toilet, bidet, shower, sink). Washing machine. Internal area equipped with a coffee corner featuring a Lavazza Jolie pod coffee machine, a kettle and a fridge. If the street is too tight there is also a big square in Viale Gambacorti. ---------------------------------- INTERNET WI-FI ---------------------------------- PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION: -BUS 80 from/to PISA (30 min), few minutes walk -Train station: RIPAFRATTA (10 min), 1 km away -I recommend renting a car (directly from the airport for example) because it's cheap, practical and that's the only way in Tuscany to discover all nice villages around. -25 minutes away from the airport ---------------------------------- NOT INCLUDED: -towels (we decided not to include towels anymore as managing them over time proved too complex; we kindly ask you to bring your own, or alternatively you can easily purchase them at any nearby supermarket. The property has a gate and a fence. ---------------------------------- COUNTRYSIDE: My house is surrounded by nature, if you don't feel confortable in a natural environment please do not rent this place; butterflies, squirrels, field mice, ants, mosquitoes, geckos and so on are typical little animals of this area. We clearly don't have any control of the neighbours' gardens or of their private properties.
