Quartu, Red & Blue House near the sea at Poetto Beach

We will host you in a furnished house with air conditioning in all rooms, near Poetto Beach, for a wonderful beach vacation in South Sardinia. There is a large courtyard with BBQ, tables and chairs for outdoor dining. The house is a few minutes from the bus stop, bike path and basic necessities. Cars, bikes, motorcycles and scooters can be rented at the airport or near the house. We look forward to seeing you!! The space The house is spread across one level with access from the courtyard, can accommodate up to 9 people and consists of: 2 living rooms with fully equipped kitchenette, both with two-seater sofa bed; 2 double bedrooms, in one room there is a bunk bed (two beds) and in the other a single bed; possibility to add one/two baby cots; 2 full bathrooms with shower and washing machine. In the house there is a fire extinguisher and a combustible gas detector, free wi-fi connection, a weekly change of linen, accessories for children (a stroller, a raised seat for a chair) it is advisable to check the availability at the time of booking depending on the children already present in the structure. We can consider your other requests so you don't have to carry too much luggage. The price of the house is discounted if you stay for a week or more. The house is located in the Gulf of Cagliari in the municipality of Quartu S.Elena, near Poetto beach (10 km long), a clean beach with a crystal clear sea in the middle of the city! There are numerous stretches of free beach and also various bathing establishments that offer all the services for bathers, sunbeds, umbrellas, bar service, restaurant, showers, games, outdoor and sea sports, lounge and night bar, live concerts and DJ sets. For those who love outdoor sports, along the entire Poetto Beach there are tracks dedicated to walking, running and cycling and equipment for free-body gymnastics. If you want to use the car, there are free parking spaces both near the entrance of the house and along the entire beach. Near the house, you'll find various services: mini-market for essential purchases, bakery, fishmonger, pharmacy, butchers, bars, tobacconists, laundry, hairdresser, adult/children's clothing stores, household items, hardware, plumbing, markets and pizzerias also for take-out; further away are supermarkets, shopping mall, cinema, pizzerias, restaurants and various lounge bars; about 100 meters away is the bus stop that allows you to move throughout the metropolitan area of Quartu-Cagliari and its surroundings and also to reach the beach. Nearby is the Molentargius Natural Park, surrounded by greenery, ideal for hiking, cycling, horseback riding, to admire the fabulous pink flamingos and many other species of birds (birdwatching) at a short distance. In the park there is also an area equipped with games and bars, bicycle rental. In the two nearby marinas (Marina Piccola in Cagliari and Capitana in Quartu S. Elena) there is the possibility to carry out the following activities: windsurfing, kitesurfing, scuba diving and snorkeling, boat rental and nautical equipment. Other tourist attractions around the house: 40-50 km away you can admire the beaches of Villasimius and Costa Rey (Eastern Sardinia); 50-60 km away, the beaches of Santa Margherita di Pula, Chia and Tuerredda (Western Sardinia); 30 km away you can go hiking in the mountains and in the WWF parks (visits to Sardinian deer). The city of Cagliari offers numerous monuments, churches, museums and historic buildings; in the house there are tourist guides and brochures or you can find out more in the tourist infopoint offices. If you decide to come to Sardinia, you can't miss a nuraghe, they are unique in the world, we recommend you visit the Nuragic Royal Palace of Barumini, the largest nuragic village in the world, dating back to 2000 BC, about 70 kilometers from the house, it is included by UNESCO in the World Heritage Site. Other things to note We kindly ask you to specify the origin, the number of travelers and the age of the children. There is a tourist tax. Household linen is included in the price, it is rented from a specialized laundry and it is not allowed to wash it, because in this case the laundry charges us the cost of the washed linen.
