Room in a renovated farmhouse

We provide a room with a double bed (140cm wide) for one to two guests in our 6-room house. The house is 250 years old and was renovated 15 years ago. The floors are old and do not have any stains to be cleaned, so there is no mirror-free. Against 2.-/Tag there is a parking spot in front of the house. We only host guests who have their own Airbnb account and also choose the room independently. The space A cosy room in a rustic ambiance with clay walls and half-timbered. Guest access Guest room and shared bathroom with WC and shower. No kitchen use. We are happy to offer a coffee or tea in the morning. During your stay Since the rooms are in our apartment, we require a minimal interaction and arrangement with us. Without consultation, guests are not allowed to invite other visitors. Other things to note It is an energy efficient minergie house, during the heating period it is forbidden to open the windows. The rooms have automatic ventilation that is turned off in the summer months. In summer, the climate in rooms is pleasantly fresh even without air conditioning.
