The space Welcome to our charming 38 m2 holiday apartment (42 m2 attic), offering breathtaking views of the Golf and the majestic Mont Blanc Massif. This non-smoking home, classified 3*, stands out for its welcoming layout, with two rooms separated by a curtain (no door), offering a warm and friendly atmosphere. The apartment comfortably sleeps up to 4 people, including children and infants. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (140x190), two extra beds (80x190 and 90x190), and the main room offers a BZ sofa (140x190). To ensure restful nights, we have chosen high-end bedding for the double bed, with an EMMA Hybrid mattress classified as "Best mattress in France 2024". It offers 25 cm of thickness, 3 layers of foam, 5 ergonomic zones for ideal pressure distribution, and memory foam for optimal comfort. The bed is also equipped with pillows of your choice: memory or classic ones.. You will enjoy the comfort of our fully equipped kitchenette, including microwave, electric hobs, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, Nespresso machine, raclette machine, fondue machine, toaster To facilitate your stay, we provide you with small touches such as Nespresso compatible capsules, tea, sugar, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, sponge, dish towel and hand towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, washing machine capsules, ironing board and iron table and hair dryer. We install a cot and highchair on request. No pets allowed. Toilet linen, linens, and linens are provided, and beds are ready upon your arrival. Things to note: No wifi, but 4G coverage.
