The cottage is on the west harbour 15 minute drive from Dunedin. Short drives take you to unspoilt beaches and scenic reserves. Three minutes drive takes you to historical and quirky Port Chalmers with its many pubs, cafes and galleries. Less than a kilometer away from the cottage is the start of a track through native bush to the top of Mount Cargill with panoramic views of the Otago Harbour. The newly renovated cottage is warm, sunny, cosy and comfortable. The space The Cottage has been recently renovated but retains its old world charm. It has an open plan modern living space with two double bedrooms. All rooms and the deck are sunny and face across a paddock toward Mount Cargill. Guest access The cottage sits in a large paddock and has a shared driveway with ample parking.
