Welcome to Casa Elegante – a newly renovated villa where elegance meets comfort! Nestled in the heart of Pigi village, our home offers 3 stylish bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a private spa & gym, a heated pool, an outdoor jacuzzi, and fantastic spaces for both relaxation and fun. A truly luxurious getaway for families, couples, or friends! The space Casa Elegante is located in Pigi, a small and beautiful traditional village in the prefecture of Rethymno, where everything you might need—such as a supermarket, restaurant, traditional tavernas, pharmacy, butcher, and café—is just a 1–2 minute walk away! The nearest sandy beach is only 4 km away, while the charming old town of Rethymno lies just 9 km from the villa. Both Cretan airports (Heraklion and Chania) are located 76 km away, approximately a 1-hour drive. Casa Elegante covers 200 sq. m. of interior space, spread over two levels, offering plenty of room for up to 6 guests. It features 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a private gym/spa area. All bedrooms are equipped with 40” smart satellite TVs, independent air conditioning, and open wardrobes. Naturally, high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the indoor and outdoor areas. Ground Floor Upon entering the villa, guests are welcomed into an open-plan living room and kitchen area. The living room features an elegant, comfortable corner sofa, a 50” TV, a glass-enclosed fireplace, and direct access to the pool. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a self-catered holiday, including a dining table for 6. From the kitchen, guests can step out directly to the outdoor dining and lounge areas. Also on this level is a full bathroom and Bedroom 1, which features a king-size bed that can be split into two singles upon request, and direct access to the pool area. First Floor An internal wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, where you’ll find two additional comfortable bedrooms, each with a private full bathroom (listed as bathrooms 2 and 3). - Bedroom 2 has a double bed and a view of the pool—even from the shower! - Bedroom 3 has a king-size bed that can also be converted into two singles, and offers direct access to a sunny terrace. Private Gym & Spa One of the highlights of the villa is the gym/spa room, located on the ground floor. It features professional fitness equipment and a 4-person sauna to elevate your holiday experience. In the same space, you’ll also find a full bathroom (number 4), as well as a washer and dryer, to make your stay even more convenient. Outdoor Space The 600 sq. m. outdoor area is thoughtfully designed to offer comfort and entertainment for guests of all ages. A sliding gate allows easy and secure parking for up to 2 cars within the property. The 180 sq. m. front yard includes: - A trampoline and playhouse for young children - A football and basketball court for older kids - Ping-pong and billiards for guests of all ages Between the front yard and the pool area, you’ll find a shaded outdoor dining area and a sunny lounge corner, both with direct access from the kitchen. Just outside is a large, round, wheeled gas BBQ grill with a cast iron surface, always available for your delicious meals under the Cretan sun. The most beautiful part of the villa is undoubtedly the pool area. The pool, which can be heated upon request, has dimensions of 28m² and a depth of 1.5m, and includes a 4m² area with a depth of just 0.5m! In a prominent position in the area is a huge outdoor sofa, as well as 6 sun loungers. Finally, in the corner and in isolation is a 3-seat jacuzzi and the outdoor shower! The special colors of the building and the idyllic evening lighting create a magical atmosphere and help our guests enjoy the ultimate vacation experience to the maximum! Guest access Guests enjoy full and exclusive access to all indoor and outdoor areas of the villa, including the private pool, spa, gym, and outdoor entertainment spaces. Other things to note •Self check-in available via secure key box. •Pool heating available upon request, at least 3 days before arrival (40€/day, will apply for the entire duration of your stay). •Cleaning service every 3–4 days, included in the price. •Baby cot and high chair available on request.
