Cool House w Roof Terrace near Sea

Designed by a local architect, my house is bright, comfy & cool: decorated with Asian antiques & modern design, and with a roof terrace. I'm at 3 min. from the sea, eateries & groceries. I'll also lend you a bike (5 min. to Cicada or Khao Takieb). The space *also check out my other («4 pax) listing Decorated with vintage movie posters and Asian antiques, the ground floor combines a cozy living and an open kitchen. It has a marble top 'Chinese coffee shop'-style table for informal dinner, and its folding doors open onto a small palm-shaded terrace that is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or afternoon drink. From the comfy sofa you can watch DVDs or Apple TV on the wall-mounted TV. With the curtains open, the bed room windows overlook the palms in front of the house and the lush greenery in the 'mini greenhouse' under the stairs leading to the rooftop terrace. There's a queen-size bed and a sofa bed, each with a  light down duvet and pillows, a stylish shower room finished in wood and marble, a small toilet, a generous-sized wardrobe and of course A/C. The bed room's floor is made of tropical hardwood with a small strip in structural glass. The roof top's shaded terrace offers a view of nearby temple-dotted hills and often, outside of midday hours, a slight breeze. There is a kitchen island here with running water, a grill and a cooler box: perfect for having a barbecue! Guest access The house will be available for your exclusive enjoyment (please allow my maid to tend to the garden, though).
