Welcome to the Müller family "Am Kahlenberg" in Ringsheim! Would you like to spend your vacation right at the foot of the Black Forest, surrounded by excellent wine regions, a few minutes from the Europa Park and the Rulantica water world, not far from Alsace and the cities of Freiburg, Offenburg and Strasbourg? - Then you've come to the right place! Our apartment is located in a quiet residential area. In a few minutes' walk you can find a playground, an animal enclosure and a lookout tower. The space The holiday apartment "Am Kahlenberg", which was completely renovated in 2021, has a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room, a toilet, a living room and bedroom. In the bedroom there is a box spring bed for 2 people and a bunk bed for 2 people, which is also suitable for adults. The living room has a sofa bed with an integrated bed frame (slatted frame and mattress) for 2 people. Both rooms are equipped with televisions. There is also a Blu-ray player in the living room. We will be happy to provide you with a travel cot including a mattress and high chairs on request. The "Am Kahlenberg" accommodation has a separate toilet and shower room. Free WiFi is available in the entire apartment. In the kitchen you will find a wide range of equipment: - Induction stove and oven - large fridge with freezer combination - Fully automatic coffee machine including milk frother - microwave - Sodastream - Kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, hand and hand blender and other small appliances - dishwasher - various cookware (pots, pans, casserole dishes, etc.) - Champagne, wine and shot glasses - and much more. There are 2 parking spaces on the premises. A shared use of the garden with a large play tower for children up to 10 years is possible. There is a private terrace with barbecue facilities (please note: the terrace and the barbecue facilities will not be completed and used until spring 2022). A deposit of € 250 must be paid in cash upon arrival - this will be transferred back to the guest's account a few days after departure and checking any damage.
