It also has Television with UK channels and strong wifi signal for the Internet. "It's just like a little house!" exclaimed one of our guests. In fact it was once our underused detached garage in our private garden. Now magically transformed, it has been converted to provide a self contained bedroom/living room with kitchenette and full bathroom with walk in shower. One double bed with a quality mattress. The kitchenette has a small refrigerator, microwave, toaster and kettle as well as shared use of the washing machine. NOTE: THERE IS NO OVEN OR HOB. There is full WiFi internet access, and English television and DVD player. Although not large, it is very light and airy. Outside you have use of the garden and terrace with table and chairs. Perfect for alfresco dining or just sitting with a glass of wine as the sun goes down. It is a lovely place to sit when it goes dark and enjoy the cool of the evening after a long hot sunny day. A stroll to the beach or town will take you around 15-20 minutes, but only 5 minutes to the local shops, restaurants and bars. This is a quiet residential area, so if you close up all the shutters, you can sleep through to midday or beyond! Must like cats as we have 3. Sleeps 2 in a double bed. Also a small spare bed suitable for a child or small adult is available on request for an extra 5€ per stay. Disabled friendly - no steps all ramped - large walk in shower. Transport from Torrevieja bus station maybe available on request free of charge. Guest access You have full use of the garden and terrace. Table and chairs are provided for your relaxation and alfresco dining. Other things to note Gusts are expected to keep their living accommodation clean and tidy. A change of fresh linen will be provided for guests who stay longer than one week, but you will be expected to make the change yourself.
