Unique sea front apartment with spectacular view of the Asinara Island and Corsica. The secure glass railing enhance the view and you will feel like in a boat. The apartment has two terraces. One looks towards North-West facing the ocean. Here you can have drinks, meals while enjoying a full view of the ocean and the beach. The other one faces South where you can sun bathe when the North wind makes it difficult to enjoy the North terrace. The space The apartment has two bedrooms each with it's private bathroom, kitches and a large living room. The apartment has also two terraces both fenced by security glass to let you enjoy the spectacular view of the sea or of the rear. Actually, the apartment is one of the few that is right on the beach which is accessible by a private gate. A shower is strategically located on the beach stairs to let you clean from sand and salt before coming back home. If you enjoy cooking, the kitchen is furnished with many tools, pots and pans. The oven is 90cm wide and the induction stove has 5 places. The apartment has been recently renovated with insulation on the roof and on the external walls (10 cm polystyrene) and equipped with central heating/cooling by heat pump. Guest access The property consists in three apartments and guests enter through a common gate. Afterwards, each apartment has its own independent entrance. For parking there are plenty of free places at walking distance. There is a small gate that allows you to go directly to the beach. Returning from the beach, you can have a shower to get rid of the salt and sand just at the beginning of the stairs going up from the beach into the compound Other things to note The climate in Castelsardo is very pleasant. The summer heat is mitigated by the sea breeze. In the rare days when there is no breeze just turn on the air conditioner. Each room (but the bathrooms) has its fan coil. What is included in the rent: electricity, water, linen etc What is NOT included in the rent: tourist taxes that we collect and give to the municipality (1 euro per day per adult up to 7 day, after it's free).
