Welcome to our cozy studio! We really hope you enjoy your stay! The space The apartment is located in a new building. There is free parking. A small studio with a fresh renovation, where there is everything you need for a comfortable stay: a split system, a refrigerator, a stove, a microwave oven, a kettle, an iron, an ironing board, a wardrobe with a large mirror, hangers, a dresser, a washing machine. The glazed loggia protects against noise and dust. The apartment has bed linen and a set of towels, the bathroom has shower gel, toilet paper, the kitchen has sugar, tea and coffee. If you want to cook something yourself, for your convenience there is salt, pepper, vegetable oil and all the necessary utensils. Guest access Entrance and access to the premises are closed to unauthorized visitors. There is a large parking lot on the territory of the residential complex, where you can always find a place for a car. The apartment has wi-fi and digital TV. Other things to note If you decide to book our studio, please let us know your estimated check-in time in advance. If you want to book a studio on the day of arrival, the waiting time can be up to 4 hours. So if you need to check in immediately, please check this option before booking. Thank you!!
