Mildura Park Views

Our house is a fully renovated home opposite a beautiful, tranquil park, that sleeps 2-6 people.(Check important details below re:bedrooms). The bathroom and kitchen have recently received their second renovation and are now both brand new. The living area and bedrooms all have split systems to ensure year round comfort. Walking distance to the CBD, restaurants, cafes and the medical precinct. The space The main bedroom has a queen bed, built in robes and a SMART TV with unlimited access to NETFLIX, STAN, On Demand TV and a split system air-conditioner. The second bedroom has two single beds, a clothes hanging rack and a split system air-conditioner. This room will be made up for two business partners or when booking for 3-4 people. The third bedroom is semi-detached (still under the main roof) and has two single beds, built in robes and a split system air-conditioner. This room is normally locked but will be made available for those who request it or who book for more than four people. The house has unlimited access to wi-fi. The living area has both a three and two seater couch, with an occasional chair for extra seating. There is also a 7 seat dining set in the living area that can be used for meals or as an office space. The living area has beautiful French doors that open onto the front verandah where you can sit and watch the park while you sip on a coffee (or wine!). There is a 42" SMART TV with unlimited access to NETFLIX, On Demand TV, wi-fi and a split system air-conditioner. The bathroom is fully renovated (Aug 2022) and has a lovely new shower and large vanity. Please note the toilet is located in the bathroom (with a wall seperating it). The kitchen has recently undergone a full renovation (July 2023) and will suit any home cook or chef. Fully equipped to cook in your home away from home. We even provide oil, salt and pepper and a few herbs to get you started. Coffee, tea and sugar also provided and fresh bread and milk will be left for you upon check in. Full laundry facilities available, including a washer, dryer and laundry liquid. Clothes line in the backyard. Back paved patio area has a 7 seat outdoor dining setting and shade umbrella. There’s even a netted Trampoline for the kids. Off street parking available for 2 cars, 1 undercover (carport). All linen is provided by us. We use a local, professional linen service to ensure that luxury hotel feel - with crisp white sheets and fluffy white towels. Guest access A key box is provided for self check in and while we like to give our guest their own space and privacy we are available if guest require anything. Other things to note Our house is in a no through road street so is very quiet. It is opposite a very quiet park with a full playground. Very peaceful place to stay. No pets allowed.
