Charming cottage at the gates of Burgundy

We welcome you to our chalet in the heart of a private estate located 1 hour 15 minutes from Paris on the edge of the Yonne. Bordered by two terraces, it offers two views: on the south side, a view of the oak forest; on the north side, a view of a pond and its fauna. In its green nest, our chalet will seduce you with its calm and evenings by the fire. Free access: tennis (rackets provided), fishing ponds. Available: a swing. Note: sheets, towels, and tea towels not provided. The space Our chalet is composed of a living room - dining room overlooking a fully equipped American kitchen. On the ground floor you will also find two bedrooms with double beds (140) and a bathroom with toilet. Upstairs, two small bedrooms (a 90 cm bed and a 140 cm bed). Each room has electric radiators and a wood-burning stove easily heats the living room. Internet box with wifi. This chalet is located close to tennis courts, a completely renovated children's playground and a free-access petanque court.
