"Birds of Chorus Homestay"- Entire Villa.

Spaciously designed, we will be providing 3 rooms for guests which can accommodate 15-20 guests . All the rooms will be provided with 1 double bed and 1 floor mattresses each. All rooms will have an attached bathroom, an Lcd Tv, Amazon Firestick and a view of the lawn. We will also be providing two digital lockers to keep valuables. Guests will be able to use the lawn(at a nominal price), for pooja , mandal , rituals, etc.(to be allowed by the owners) The space Location :"Birds of Chorus Homsestay" is located at a distace of 600 metres from Hotel Saurabh Candy by Peppermint. Our homestay is one of the finest houses in Haldwani. We are centrally located with Kathgodam railway station -2 Kms and Haldwani railway station being 4 kms away. We not only provide accommodation for our guests, but also have ample space to host marriage parties in areas such as the two lawns, lobby and drawing room area(CHARGEABLE). We also organize candle light dinners, bonfire as well as barbecue facilities at a very nominal cost. Free Parking is available inside the premises. Chef is also available. Each room will have 3 to 4 guests..maximum rooms alloted would be 3 rooms, 2 on ground floor and 1 on first floor...Kitchen usage charges Rs.500 per day in case guests would like to get their material and cook. Driver/maid charges Rs.300 per day(excluding all meals). Although we are pet friendly we charge 200 per pet per day. Guest access The guests will have full access to the two lawns(front and back-at a nominal price for mandap, parties etc.), kitchen(all food will be cooked by the chef only) dining room as well as the drawing room(will be charged if used for a function) . All the above mentioned parts are on the ground floor. Chef is available who can cook different cuisines(Indian, Chinese and Mughlai) according to the choice of the guests. Speakers can be arranged on prior request. Other things to note If you are looking for a spacious and a well designed place to host a marriage at a budget price, the "Birds of Chorus" is the right place for you. We have all the facilities of a hotel , including the quality of linen , cleanliness(pre sanitized rooms) and food. Tvs are available in all rooms including Amazon Firestick for Netflix and other channels.The rooms are baby friendly. Its a quiet neighbourhood so guests will not be disturbed.
