Cosy little air-conditioned two bedroom apartment attached to an 1870's home. Positioned just behind Thames hospital, and only a 10 minute walk to town. The space This private ground-floor apartment is nestled within our family home with its own entrance. An hour and a half from Auckland, Hamilton, and Tauranga, Thames is the gateway to the Coromandel Peninsula and is only a 10-minute drive to the Kauaeranga Valley entrance. Kitchenette area (no oven or stovetop): - Microwave, Jug, Toaster, Fridge, air fryer - Kitchen cutlery, plates, bowls - Wine glasses, mugs, glasses - Coffee, tea, milo - Plunger coffee, loose-leaf tea - Enough cereal and milk for your first morning Lounge: - Airconditioning/Heatpump - Couch/sofa - TV, Freeview and DVD player - Games, books, DVDs - Bluetooth Speaker Main bedroom: - Queen bed - An electric blanket (during winter) - Overhead fan Second bedroom: - Two single beds - Electric blankets (during winter) Bathroom/laundry: - Shampoo/Conditioner - Bodywash - Laundry powder - Washing Machine - Clothes Dryer - Hair Dryer - Iron/board - Towels etc Other things to note The kitchen: there are no cooking facilities, only a microwave, jug, air fryer, and toaster. The beds: We’ll automatically make up the single bed(s) when you book in more than two guests. If there are only two guests and you would like to sleep separately, please send a message and let us know before your arrival. Cameras: There are external security cameras on the property.
