West facing newly renovated single-family home on Nøtterøy with great terrace and fantastic views of the west fjord. The home have a little garden and bordering Teieskogen with great hiking areas and walking distance to Tønsberg pier/city (spar grocery store). Bathing opportunities at Munkodden just below. The space We are 2 adults and 2 children who usually live in the house. Due to allergies, pets and smoking indoors are not allowed indoors. Guest access Walking distance to the city and short driving distance to the store and more. Plenty of space for parking in the driveway. Other things to note A small fish needs to be fed every other day. Electric screens. Sonos speaker available for use Bed size: 150, 80, 80 and 130 Towels are available but no bed linen. The house has a central vacuum cleaner with one outlet in the 1st floor hallway by the bathroom and one outlet downstairs behind the bottom drawer on the left in the wardrobe.
