The space The villa is very spacious, comfortable, and airy with plenty of natural light throughout the day. The kitchen terrace has a BBQ and is furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco . With one master bedroom with extrabed, one twin bedroom, 2 double bedrooms, 1 double bedroom with extrabed, the villa is ideal for both families and golfers, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay. Guest access The villa is situated in the centre of Algarve region, between Vilamoura and Albufeira. A wide selection of beautiful beaches, extensive shopping, golf courses and a lively cosmopolitan nightlife are within easy reach. The villa is within short walking distance of Falesia and Olhos D'Agua beach, bus stop and taxi-rank, large supermarket, tourist office and many excellent restaurants are nearby. Other things to note We do not accept young groups/students, any type of event is not allowed. Just a reminder with check in we collect in cash the touristic tax (2 euros per day/person from 13 years onwards) In the event of complaints from other clients, neighbours or owners due to extreme noise, we inform you we will invite you to leave the property without a refund of the remaining rental amount.
