Room 1 is a modern/minimalist room furnished w/ aircon , 40" Smart TV w Netflix, TV Plus, Heated Shower, Table & 2 chairs, fast wifi & great location. You will have access to the Pantry, where there is a microwave, ref, electric kettle & free mineral water. We are just walking distance to malls, restaurants, convenience stores, hospitals and schools. Or you can, grab a tricycle or jeep right in front of the building. We also provide free and secure parking. The space Tucked behind the bamboo gates, you will have secure and safe access to the space. In addition to your comfort, we also value your security and safety. The building, One Biñan Place, is fully equipped with CCTV, smoke detectors/fire alarms and 24 hour security. We have furnished your room with fast internet, a Smart TV, a comfy bed, a hot shower and a cold air conditioner. Everything to hopefully make your stay a cozy and relaxing one. Guest access You will have access to the Pantry, where there is a microwave, ref, electric kettle & free mineral water. Other things to note We would like to assure you that your room as well as the common areas have been cleaned and disinfected for your safety, health and peace of mind. For your safety as well as our staff’s and other guest’s, we have a few protocols before you check in. - Please wear a mask when you enter the hotel and at all times when in the common areas. - Please disinfect your hands with alcohol. There is a bottle on the counter for your convenience. You will also be provided alcohol in your room. - Please practice social distancing at all times. Also, please note the following: - Check in starts at 6:30am for Day Stays and 2pm for Overnight Stays. - For security, our main gate and door are strictly locked by 10pm-6am. Please let us know if you have a special request. -Check out for Day Stays will be by 9pm the same day. For Overnight Stays, check out is by 11am the following day. - Please present a valid government issued picture ID for yourself and your companion or you both will not be allowed to check in. - Please present your vaccination card, should you have one.
